The blog is launched by CLL with a view to enhance expertise and understanding of the Labour and Employment laws. Our blogs deal with assessing analytical skills to present novel ideas and arguments on various issues arising on a day-to-day basis.
Our blog was founded in 2020 to provide a space to law students, professionals, academicians, and research scholars and invite their submissions involving discussion of labour and employment law on a rolling basis. After publishing a huge number of articles on policies, Supreme Court cases, bills and codes, we are still counting and are extremely delighted to receive great response from contributors from various walks of professional life.
